Pros

I have had job growth over the years. I have had great mentors. I have elevated my technical and functional staff to grow and challenge them. As a team, I have had much success with my projects.

Cons

I’m paid below market value, in the <10 percentile range. Thus far the pros have out weighted this con but the longer I say the more behind the curve I get.
