Pros

Great people. Great products. Massive training opportunities. Never a dull day.

Cons

12 hour job. Senior leaders clueless to the actual work flow and needs of the business. No upward movement. Full time focus just to stay employed. Work force diluted with contract employees with extremely poor communications skills.
