Pros

Biggest company to work for in telecommunications industry. you can find a spot for your skills or move in the organization accordingly. CISCO oriented, will use latest technology, nice projects, big customers, good salary and benefits. Working from home policy.

Cons

Sometimes it tends to move slowly on innovations, however a big program has been launched for 2020 preparation. All operations are standardized and attached to some kind of business politics. internal tools are not unified, changes move slowly in that sense.
