Pros

Huge variety of oportunities and one of the largest and most complex networks to work with.

Cons

Strong corporate culture where often non-sensible general rules are implemented. Changing any of these is next to impossible as basically everything requires like 5 levels of approval.

Pros

Perfect to get experience working on large environments getting exposure to different technologies. Flexible environment.

Cons

Poor trainnings (internal, little variety and not very often), no much career opportunities. Story changes a lot from team to team, from some teams its better to keep away. Salaries used to be better.
