Pros

A company this big probably isn't going anywhere in the near future. For the Mobility side of things, there is a large amount of stability. The benefits and compensation are (typically) very good if your sales are good.

Cons

Be prepared to make a living out of doing more with less. Also be prepared to get paid less for doing more. Commission structure changes like the seasons and rarely gets better. Capricious whims of management can cut your total compensation by ten to twenty thousand dollars. Compensation change announcements tend to come after "record breaking profits" announcements, so you know how much your dedication is worth. It's not so much that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing; it's more that there are thousands of hands and each of them are oblivious. Criticism abounds from management and customers alike. This position is caught in the middle.
