Pros
Stable company with many different positions to choose from. Decent benefits package. If you like change, this is a great company to work for. I also enjoy the discounts that you get on certain products, such as phone, DSL, wireless, TV, etc. That's a reason to stay. I find that most people become very complacent in their work, which is a reason that they remain, even when they're dissatisfied.
Cons
Old-school management, less emphasis on formal education. I wish they valued the degrees that some of us earn in outside education. Also, the managers in certain organizations are very military-oriented, with emphasis on time-in-service, etc.
