      Pros

      Pay was decent, my team was some of the best talent in the industry bar none. Middle Management is close enough to the rest of us to care. Working from home is a huge benefit!

      Cons

      Can be very long hours, but the teleworking option offsets that and allows you to maintain a healthy work life balance. Every 6 months or so, your job will be in jeopardy of outsourcing. My manager quit when he was forced to reduce his team of 40 down to 20. My replacement manager was "surplussed" 2 times in the last year. Stability is virtually non-existent.

      Pros

      People are competent and professional. The benefits are good.

      Cons

      There is often a large workload with limited time constraints, but that seems to be the case everywhere these days.

      Pros

      You are paid quite well for the amount of work that you do. Management is always there to help guide you to making sales and increase your commission. Hours are fair and you have a family/friend work environment.

      Cons

      Quotas are rarely adjusted if the traffic of the store is slow you you have to always make the most out of every interaction. No set days off you have to bid for your schedule a month in advance and the most senior employees get first dibs on the specific days.
