Pros

Compensation and benefits are A+!!! Products are innovative, technology is number one to this company, and it shows. In a sales position, it truly is an advantage to work for a company who is typically on the competitive edge.

Cons

Limited opportunity for growth, depending on where you enter. Union B.S. really gets in the way, with a lot of red tape that simply prohibits the ebb and flow of rewarding people for simply stagnating and rewarding it with "seniority".

Pros

Cutting edge cell phone technology, great place if you enjoy customer interaction, fantastic place to develop a wide range of skills, pretty good benefits relative to other companies I have seen.

Cons

Despite being one of few people with a 4 year degree, I was never given an opportunity to move in a direction other than up the retail career path even though I showed repeated interest, in three years I had 5 different managers and only one of them would be considered "good".
