Pros

There are a lot of opportunities here, especially for those who are comfortable with faster paced environments and have sales experience.

Cons

Some of the most aggressive sales initiatives exist in this company, which provides growth, but also strains an enormous amount of pressure.

Pros

Great company with lots of benefits and free learning courses with ATT University

Cons

ATT has layoffs every year so all employees worry about their job stability every year. It’s contradictory to ATT message of being a corporate citizen and their philosophy of family work environment. Don’t expect long term employment. Pls google ATT class action lawsuit and ATT surplus to preview what you will expect from them.
