Pros

Company provided device. Discount on wireless and TV services. Opportunity to learn new technologies. Tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Integrated Solutions Consultant is described as providing a White Glove Experience to customers for a great customer experience, but is really only a glorified door-to-door sales position. Vacations can be canceled last minute due to your leadership not planning ahead and letting employees carry balances to the end of the vacation calendar year.

Pros

You get a fairly good check as a technician that installs and troubleshoots AT&T's faulty equipment.

Cons

The blame is on the wire tech for whatever goes wrong with AT&T's cabling or equipment. Managers are there to find fault in the techs and reasons to complicate a simple job. I got wrote up for parking my van closer to a customer's house, instead of the curb 200ft at the end of the driveway. It's silly things like that you deal with everday. Prepare to be highly stressed and under the worst kind of company nonsense in your life. No life and no family time. You'll begin to feel like a stranger at home, as you come home after dark everyday. This job will make you age prematurely and drain your soul.
