Pros

Medium pay for Mexican standards. Good in-between job. Most co-workers on your same pay grade are helpful.

Cons

There's always bad apples that carry their awful habits from past call centres here, infecting the freshmen. If you want to unionize they supress your voice faster than you can say "I am entitled to the same pay as the US CWA". Management is lazy and arrogant like in most Mexican call centres. They think that by having you taking calls for half the pay of a US employee they are doing you a favour. Even before you think of reporting someone for doing bad things or plainly lying to the customer to sell, they warn you that "is best if you do you and let the others do themselves" and that "even if you do speak up, someone else will end up doing it again".
