Pros

-Facility is nice and clean -Pay is competitive vs other call centers (every Thursday you get paid) -Nice comfortable chairs and motorized desks. -They have a great HR team -Employee Perks -50% At&t plan discount

Cons

- They have good trainers but they lack the ability to show agents the real tools and expect you to learn everything in the 3 to 4 week training period. - You are put down by Management, you are consistently told you are a step away from improving - It's a demeaning demoralizing/toxic environment. -They have these metrics they want you to meet (AHT, Cancellations, VOC and Sales) not meeting metrics hold you back from bonuses -Lack of advancement is almost impossible (favoritism still exist) -There is a lot of Mental and Emotional issues in the call center. -Hours are very long, a typical schedule is 9:00 am till 7:30 pm
