Work life balance...I am fully remote but they are moving to only hybrid. The team executives are managers are supportive and friendly. They give you opportunity to grow...more like push you to grow. Very friendly environment. Opportunity to do overtime Opportunity to learn more skills and become multi skilled I enjoy working in Axa...I love my job

Having limited permanent roles Switching to only hybrid, no full remote The pay can be better
