Pros

The people that worked with the company were wonderful people. Such a friendly yet professional atmosphere. Job itself has an immense potential for advancement in only a few years. However not enough can be said about how welcoming and helpful upper management is.

Cons

Pile on massive workloads which you're responsible for completing on your own time. Full commission after 4 weeks in which you have to complete studying for a licensing exam (about 3-4 ours of studying a day on top of a 10 hour work day). Realistically, if you are not supported financially by someone else, it is very tough to get started in this business.
