      international atmosphere, good pay ,nice building overall the ambiance is good for a intern

      Cons

      interns are not so important and have low presence the canteen food is not very good the structure is a bit beaucratic

      Axa offer a good competitive benefits package which makes them appealing to join and helps keep people, strong products

      The business seems to flit from one short term goal to another, the directions nd culture of the business is driven by the targets and reward of the senior manager as opposed to doing the right thing for the business and customer. Line management is weak and inconsistent
