Pros

Good people/group environment. Management wants you to be successful. Successful 1 on 1's with new advisors and management. You CAN make so much money if you put the time and dedication towards the phones.

Cons

There is only one month after you pass the series 7 where you get paid. It is financial straining starting your career while trying to support yourself financially. The whole practice is based upon cold call... Be prepared to make on average 300 dials a day. If you want a job where you will be at a desk from 8-8 making phone calls then this is for you.

Pros

The pay is ok, however money is not everything. The benefits are good. If you know people you will succeed no matter what.

Cons

Where should I start, They production reporting system is flawed. There are managers who set other managers up to fail. They system nbA cuts off when it wants to leaving you to try to log back in while others work complete and receive credit for the work you do. You don't get credit for all the work that you do, there are certain transactions that are left off intentionally, and they do not make the processors aware of it, The phrase everyone else is doing it is there justification for everything. Senior Management does not allow input of other managers. Management tries to belittle and talk down to you, they are border line racist, confusing all of the black people or latino names. They also play favorites. Complaining to HR doesn't work because they are always on the side of the manager or their friends. A company of Chaos. Unorganized and unwilling to listen to ideas.
