Pros

Well managed, financial strong, world leading property, casualty, life insurer. Great, world class benefits, many locations to work from. Strong training programs. Well diversified.

Cons

Can be very political. Strong focus on Paris Home Office. As you rise in the ranks, speaking French, or better, being a French national will greatly improve your chances of success.

Pros

The ability to self manage; flexible hours; ability to work on new and interesting projects. The people are great they show a deep interest in their activities.

Cons

They are lagging on the technology end; reputation is still recovering. They are getting customers back slowly and still need to expand their distribution and marketing efforts.
