Provider of shared IT solutions for the AXA Group

Pros

AXA Group Solutions offers a great team culture. It is a truly international company (where people feel indeed part of an international team and not simply as members of a group with no real connection to other countries). The benefits offered are quite competitive (probably due to being part of a major insurance group).

Cons

AXA Group Solutions, being a part of the AXA Group, only provides services to the group itself, which limits the career and growth opportunities, mainly when comparing with other IT firms. In a context of constant IT change, sometimes the most strategic changes are not always managed and communicated in the best way, which may lead to insecurity and stress in employees.
