Pros

People at AXA are very bright and great work colleagues. Employees work rather civilized hours and are able to take holidays. AXA is a highly respected name in the financial industry.

Cons

Your experience depends on your manager. They have total freedom from senior management to do as they please. This can make for a great experience or a terrible experience. Low compensation. No prospects for career advancement. Indifferent senior management.
