Pros

Salary is decent compared to other companies. A lot of old timers who have no competancy in looking out, People with 10 years of experience are still at entry levels

Cons

Politics, Back Biting, Management, loads of work, no fun, dont get paid for Over time, Should be readily available on a call, no transport if company makes you work overtime

Pros

AXA gets good projects and work offshore - better than most other companies in the same domain. Management very cooperative about WFH policies

Can improve on areas relating to work-life balance.

Pros

Easy to commute Employee Friendly Standard Salary revisions, No up's and down's (irrespective of your performance) Good company if you are working outside India Work life balance

Cons

Fake promotions just to retain employees Salary will be on par for non-performing and performing employees Middle level management politics is worst.(Assistant managers, Deputy managers).They take away all the variable pay allotted to the teams.
