      satisfactory and nice work environment.

      Pros

      People were really nice and helpful. I was an intern there. I had a well-defined project and my progress was monitored.

      Cons

      The salary was not that high with respect to the other companies. I had to make a presentation at the end of the internship, which was obligatory.

      The collegial environment is a double edged sword. Sometimes, things are unnecessarily delayed. Lack of direction or a clear strategy from senior management for future success.
