Pros

The company had a great benefits package and you walk in the door with almost 5 weeks vacation.

Cons

senior management turnover is extremely high and it is very clear that they only have their own interests at heart. If you get promoted beyond director level, be careful as you may soon be shown the exit.

Pros

Rewarding work experience. Good people Very good system on staff evaluations Decent pay package Stable fees during recession No cutbacks during recession

Cons

Big company makes for a distance between crew and management. Still a tad too "french" but growing internationally incorporating different backgrounds.
