Pros

Company profile, international know how, good place to begin a career and grow, a lot o of travel possibilities and learning outside Colombia

Cons

Upper Management, lack of local coaching, not clear and unfair policies for all the employees professional career if you are not close to the upper management

Pros

Very interesting work in good times, when you have a good manager; contact to Management Board and also good and cooperating colleagues

Cons

-No development opportunities. Development is policy oriented, not based on merit - Harsh company culture,if you end up with a bad manager, you have to find your way out by yourself.... -Some colleagues do not cooperate at all

Too much politics, tug-of-war personal agendas of top execs, baron-style mentality preventing leverage of global footprint, too many useless transversal roles generating no value but hindrance
