Pros

Agile working environment. Wide screen monitors and mouse available on most desks.

Cons

The organization may expound Respect, Trust and Inclusion, but if you have a viewpoint (with justification) that challenges the existing way of working, you're treated as an outsider - with hostility, distrust, and disrespect. People mindset is still in the traditional working environment. I was deemed a slacker because I was hardly at my desk while my work required me to meet a lot of people in different levels face to face for effective project delivery. 1 week after my probation ended, with only a 2 minutes verbal feedback during my probation, I was given a notice of termination. Upon meeting my HOD with HR, it was found that erroneous and highly incomplete feedback was provided to my HOD on my performance. Both the HOD and HR were surprised when I presented my side of things with evidence. However, I decided that I didn't want to go back to working with the people who treated me this way and chose to move out of AXA.

Cons

Crowd office, same department is separated to multiple office Low salary for full time permanent staff Telnet like user interface to manage insurance policy System used in Asia supports only English Only 1 Op for the whole region serving multiple teams and projects France Team always reinvent the wheel (Home made CMS) Crap room booking system. Multiple parties can book the same room for the same time. Always waste time to tackle the conflict who can use the room. Crap security software installed in machine which leads to hang (even in Mac)

Pros

2 years mandatory weekly and Saturday training that really educate you on their process, products and strategies... after that your on your own

Cons

Management has a revolving door of hires so they help for about a year... Managers take 1% so you can "make money" then take trails and accounts when people fail out... Huge buddy system in our office from upper management all the way down, they make it seem like only a few are allowed to be in certain markets.... Compliance is a joke... Licensing department never on top of things... You are paid dollar for dollar called a production credit and they factor out a bonus the following month- however they pay up front for insurance and then recover when insurance is turned down... Don't allow 3rd party's on fixed products... Answer for everything is put it into Cornerstone (annuities that pays reps 3.25%).... Benefits are average bit real expensive... We paid for insurance, space, phone, internet, paper, facebook, linkedin...so started out -2600 each month... Can't think outside the box.. They also want your order in life to go AXA, family and GOD...they got mad when I told them that my order was reversed
