Pros

2 Days WFH 18 Days AL Good Medical Insurance

Cons

The Culture is as tight as a duck's backside and loves to micromanage. It's the same drill every day: questioning why you need a sick day (even with a doctor's note), followed by a lecture citing HR dissatisfaction as his excuse to scold you. Even though the company offers a generous 18 days of Annual Leave, he'll interrogate you for wanting time off. To top it off, there's this daily team lunch ritual that you're practically forced to attend. Skip it, and you're labeled uncooperative, earning you another scolding. During these meals, he's the self-proclaimed parenting expert, and woe betide you if you divert the conversation elsewhere, upsetting his delicate sensibilities. And if you dare crack a joke, tread carefully - he's as petty as a pound store and holds grudges like a champ. I suspect he might have a touch of 'persecution complex' thrown in for good measure. Apart from this team from hell, there's a gaping chasm between departments. A project that should take a few months will drag on forever, mainly because no one trusts anyone else, leaving everything in a state of suspended animation. The pay is tighter than a drum, bonuses are as rare as hen's teeth, and the office location is about as appealing as a soggy biscuit. Yet, there's a saving grace - two whole days of WFH. Without those, I doubt anyone would be keen to clock in at AXA HK.

Pros

No pros unfortunately I’m still shocked on how people are treated and the expectations

Cons

The pay is so bad and the micromanage is absolutely ridiculous after leaving. I’ve noticed they took forever to give me my payslip to see why my payment was very low when I reach to HR. They asked me to contact payroll till now payroll has not responded to why my payment was very low this month. They’re so unprofessional and sometimes you have site managers who do not know anything but expect you to know everything and yet will micromanage and make your life a live in hell

The culture is not my cup of tea. People focus on money only.
