      Best company i've ever worked for

      I've worked here for nearly 21 years and have found the company to be supportive, generous with benefits, communicative with lots of opportunity for change. I've had opportunities to work for competitors over the past 10 years or so but although the package offered was an improvement on y current one it wasn't enough to tempt me away. Loyalty breeds loyalty

      IT/digital change, as with any big (non-tech) company is slow and has been under-invested over previous years

      No Base Salary. Ridiculous cold calling. 1.5 year build up time. If you have no bills to pay u may like it

      Unlimited commissions. Not much else.

      Cons

      No base salary. They are dishonest about pay structure. You are expected to make 300 cold calls a day. Most people you talk to will already have been called by AXA multiple times or will be on the do not call list. No benefits. No real training. Very little organization. If you are a recent college grad living with your parents with no bills to pay and are willing to wait a couple years to make money, it could be good for you. Otherwise don’t take this job
