Pros

The interviewer was non the less pretentious and quite frankly had small micro aggressive questions. Wouldn't even send a dog to work there.

Cons

Interviewer with lack of training.

Pros

Despite being in financial services for over 20 years, it’s been since joining AXA that my career really took off. Developing people is important to the organisation and I haven’t experienced any barriers despite being from a low socio economic background. In fact, I felt like I belonged here from the moment I walked through the door. Trust, respect and Care are at the heart of the culture and this is role modelled from the CEO right down through the organisation.

Cons

There’s a lot of transformation happening - but typical of any big corporate and it’s presenting lots of opportunity for people to develop and progress
