      Friendly and welcoming people. Flexible/hybrid working. People focussed and meaningful work. Opportunities for growth and development. Lots of employee benefits.

      Cons

      Lots of great strategies and initiatives, can sometimes be hard to bring them together so they’re not working in silos.

      Flexible working, Good remuneration. They do value their people.

      Cons

      It does get quite political as some people have been promoted beyond their competency. That did feel quite unfair.
