Pros

Colleagues are very helpful and always ready at hand

Cons

IT is very poor making the job more difficult. Number of calls outweighs the number of handler therefore callers wait sometimes you to 2 hours and they get frustrated. Endless number of complaints. System used to log complaints is not particularly user friendly as it takes a lot of clicks to log a simple complaint
