Pros

Really nice people in my immediate team who made work fun and are now good friends. The initial response to the Covid-19 pandemic was great and really showed what could be achieved at pace with collaboration across the business.

Cons

The company positions itself as a leading employer externally but that didn't reflect my experience. The work/life balance of my colleagues and I was non-existent thanks to a lack of resource and poor stakeholder management, which had a serious impact on morale and wellbeing and has led to high turnover in the team.

Company value wellbeing and have been very supportive during the pandemic. Majority of employees are very friendly and down to earth.

Cons

Uninteresting work. Not enough value placed on current employees. Too much reliance on external providers and contractors.
