Pros

- Friendly working environment - Stock purchase options - Annual Bonus. (Based on company performance, usually 8-12%)

Cons

- Low renumeration for various roles compared to other companies in the industry - Reluctance to fund personal development despite there being a 'budget' for this - Will not provide courses or development that enhance CV - Cutting corners in order to save money - Old legacy systems were still being used in 2017/2018

Pros

Good benefits, good career progression opportunities

Cons

Very unrealistic targets, adds a mountain of stress when you’re supposed to be “customer first”. Sort your priorities out! IT issues galore, very frustrating as they are not rare and can be very frustrating when trying to do your job. Communication from senior managers to our line managers could be so much better, and make our lives so much easier. Cannot fault the line managers, but they can be unsure of what to do to help us when we ask certain queries, because communication from those above them is terrible.
