Supportive Company With Some Drawbacks

Pros

The support provided throughout pandemic has been incredible - flexibility in work/hours, additional emergency days, mental health support and even employee groups to share and support through home schooling etc. The people - they have a good track record of hiring quality people from a diverse background.

Cons

Upward mobility is limited - unless you know the right people. Pay of people who have progressed through the company is much lower than those who are external hires.

Pros

Started at AXA last year during the pandemic and have really enjoyed my experience with the company so far. The training is really good as you are fully trained and supported at each step of the way. It is a very welcoming company who really care about there employees and customers. I would honestly recommend working for AXA health to anyone!

Cons

None, company is a great environment and place to work.
