Pros

- Excellent employee benefits & salaries - Good employee wellbeing initiatives - Excellent communication from leadership team - Good diversity and inclusion initiatives

Cons

- IT extremely poor and there seemed to be no process for escalating issues - As with any company, employee experience does vary depending on your team/manager/area of the business - there seemed to be a lot of good initiatives driven centrally but they didn't always filter down - Convoluted objective-setting and review-process which was difficult to engage with and counterproductive - Onboarding/induction was non-existent from manager
