Misleading Job

Pros

Starting pay Free parking Some friendly staff

Cons

Monitor everything you do even when working from home Told off it speaking to colleagues Monitored how long you go to the toilet for Apprenticeship scheme is terrible, we were told we would be in a classroom for at least 1 day a week and we barely got two hours a week and were made to stay in the office. Made to do piles of work for exams you need at least 75%+ to pass, no support from team leaders, told to do out of hours when we are working shifts. Job advertisement advised 9-5s NO Saturdays, I was made to work shifts and living a distance away from the office this was not great. No career progression Favouritism in the workplace Patronising staff members Allocated 1 hour lunch but because you have to sign on before you start working which takes 10-15 mins you only really get 40-45 mins, same when arriving to your shift Anti social working hours Some staff members taking up to 6 months off because they hate working there Better for people who aren't interested in working for a career People retiring
