Excellent career progression opportunities once you are in the door I've had 7 managers since being here and every single one has been fantastic A company that genuinely cares about it's employees, as evidenced by Covid response

Cons

Entry level roles often require an element of Customer Service. Harder for those without this skill/interest to get into the company Onboarding can be inconsistent across the company

With regards to your comments above salary; our reward team are constantly reviewing the market - this goes not only for base pay for also for all other elements of reward - employer pension contributions, bonus structures etc and other benefits such as discounted retail partners to bring a holistic competitive reward package to all our employees.
