Hello, Thank you for leaving this feedback. It's disappointing to see that your experience at AXA has fallen short of what we want to provide. We always want to make sure our colleagues are paid fairly in return for all the outstanding work they do, so we’re sorry that you haven’t felt appreciated in this way. I'd encourage you to speak to your leadership team or us in the People Team so we can learn more about your concerns. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts. AXA People Team

Pros

Good company benefits, good people. Used to be a great place to work.

Cons

Heavy workload, too many changes, too many different systems and processes to manage, poor cost saving methods, alot of work has migrated to india where the quality of work is poor, people treated as numbers. Currently in a recruitment freeze, and won't budget despite the desperate need for more staff to replace those who have left, leading to burnout of remaining staff. Morale is at an all time low.
