The people, there is a great community aspect within teams and managerial support is great. The job role is also very fulfilling

Cons

Pay for a London based role is very poor

They have been brilliant in supporting staff and customers in the current environment Management is very supportive and empathetic The teams are lovely to work with Everyone is trying to do their best

Cons

Pay gap can be quite wide for no apparent reason Limited diversity in the company although it might just be our office
