Thank you for your comments and ratings. You'll probably be aware we're investing a lot of time and money into simplifying and improving our IT systems but thank you for raising it as a concern.

Pros

Different pay brackets - In the 3 years I've worked here I have had 3 pay rises. Full rewarded for your output, I have qualified for various incentives, the most recent a 5 day trip to Dubai. You're not heavily micro-managed, left to work to your own accord. Once at a certain level you can work any hours you want as long as you meet the weekly requirement. All leads either come from an online application or inbound call, no cold calling. Scope to progress e.g. management. They have just introduced a leadership development academy.

Cons

Like any job, you're when you first start you need to learn you're trade. You need to be accountable and put in the hours to reach a skill level to start earning the money you desire.
