Pros

The people are great and the culture is one of a kind. There is a good selection of benefits for all staff including life insurance, critical illness cover, benefit cars and more. There is usually a good internal progression route for staff to do other roles.

Cons

The company struggles to act on many staff gripes. Takes a long time to get any problems looked at by the right people. Poor recognition for staff who consistently achieve more than expected. Pays less than national market rate
