Pros

Worked with some amazing people. Paid for certifications

Cons

Not competitive with wages and never increase bands to be competitive. No innovation with Automation. Slow progress. Decisions already made by higher levels and never take into account ideas from the frontlines. Completely axed the Test Team to outsource to a TP company
