Pros

Good pension and access to cheap private health insurance Push for progression

Cons

Has very much become a call centre A lot of micro-management Unfair shift schedules (some colleagues will work less weekends/late shifts but will still be paid the same as people who work them more)

- good team - flexible hours - some good benefits

Cons

- you know more than those managing you - stressful job - rude customers whom talk to you like your trash - too many hoops and excuses to not getting a payrise - not paid well
