Pros

A brilliant culture exists and the people are fantastic. Work environment is very relaxed but obviously the onus is on hard work... that never finishes. Excellent benefits and great staff discounts to be had in a huge variety of outlets. I always look forward to going to work and no one day is the same.

Cons

Senior management seem to be a million miles away from where the work is carried out and whilst mechanisms are in place to 'have your say' some of the decisions made are quite frankly, unbelievable. A perfect example is deciding to send settlement cheques out by second class post saves around 20p whilst the delay in receiving the cheque could cost the company hundreds of pounds per case
