Pros

AXA offers excellent employee benefits, including private healthcare and a strong focus on work-life balance. I appreciate the flexibility in working arrangements, such as non-working days and compressed hours. Additionally, AXA demonstrates genuine care for its employees, which makes it a great place to work.

Cons

AXA could improve on cross-networking opportunities. This would be a great opportunity for people to understand other areas of the business.

Cons

- AXA needs to modernise it's processes and tech. - We're not always the quickest to make decisions or action things. - We're a large organisation and sometimes things take more time than I'm used to.
