Pros

Really enjoy the work but the benefits of working at AXA are second to none. They're flexible and have a genuine culture that doesn't feel like lip service like previous companies I've worked for. There's also a lot of room for development and career progression.

Cons

The wage isn't the best from an industry standard

Pros

AXA UK is a professional and reliable organisation where open communication and collaboration are genuinely encouraged. During my time working alongside AXA through partner projects, I found their teams to be confidently skilled and inflectional in shaping efficient operational processes. Their commitment to integrity and continuous improvement made them a standout player in the insurance and financial services space

Cons

As with many large organisations, internal processes can be complex, cross-department communication occasionally challenging, and decision-making or change implementation may take time, but these are often balanced by the company's structured and reliable approach
