Pros

Good benefits Progression opportunities Nice people

Cons

Work was boring and felt immoral (people would call and say they can’t afford their insurance and we had to use almost bullying tactics to get them to stay)

Great place to work

Pros

AXA is a fantastic place to work. There is an inclusive culture at AXA and flexibility. AXA will consider flexible working including part-time and condensed hours which personally has helped me maintain a healthy work-life balance. There is so much support of career aspirations with regular 1-2-1's to discuss goals and progress, with a number of development opportunities. The opportunities I've had since joining have outshone my previous companies massively. AXA are open to new ideas and welcome new ways of working and are currently undergoing a huge transformation programme ready for the industry and it's future direction. They have been fantastic through some personal life challenges, I had constant support and they have been there for me when it mattered most.

Cons

Genuinely struggle to think of any cons.
