Pros

I have worked for 5 companies in the last 35 years. Since joining AXA I have discovered an organisation that is welcoming, diverse & inclusive and with a true focus on employee wellness. There are many different career opportunities and a really diverse age range. These are not characteristics that I can identify across other organisations I have worked for.

Cons

No issues and I have enjoyed 2 years here now. A significant IT upgrade journey has begun, which is work in progress to replace legacy systems but this offers various opportunities too across the business

Pros

there is a lot of opportunities for growth with in axa for personal and employment growth, many ways to improve self development.

Cons

Call Center PA tier 2 has a load of functions to do as a tier 2 and was adv during training that once validated as tier 2 there would be a salary increase after being validated as tier2... ATM tier 2 pa are still being paid a tier 1 salary yet the work load has increased more than tier 1 which is very sad as the advise given regarding tier recognition and when one is live is different

Hello Thanks for leaving us your feedback. We’re very proud of the ability to progress within AXA and we make a commitment to build and enhance all our colleagues' careers. Feeling good about the work you're doing is vital, and we understand that pay is an important part of that. We work hard to compare our pay structure against the market to ensure all our colleagues at AXA are paid fairly. I'm sorry you feel this hasn't been your experience. We'd recommend that you speak to someone in your leadership team to discuss this further. Thanks again for your review. AXA People Team

Hi Thanks for taking the time to share your review — that’s great to hear. Striking a healthy balance between your personal and professional life is hugely important to not only your wellbeing, but the health of our company overall. We know that substantial benefit schemes are one way to achieve this, so it’s great to hear that you’ve been able to recognise these. Thanks so much for giving your feedback. AXA People Team
