I feel that the workplace culture can come across as quite cold and not very welcoming, particularly for international employees. Additionally, better project and resource planning is needed. Without proper planning, employees are hired on an ad hoc basis, which can later result in random and unexpected layoffs.

Benefits are good and bonus payments tend to be pretty good

Cons

Understaffed and overworked. Nobody cares how much work is put on you and how much of an affect it's having on you. You are expected to put up and shut up or leave! Company makes out they care about employee wellbeing but it couldn't be further from the truth! The most TOXIC place I've ever worked. The more senior the employee, the more they are just out for themselves. The place works in utter chaos and they do not care about their staff at all. You become surplus to requirements, they will toss you aside like you mean nothing! Avoid at all costs!
