Pros

Life insurance, usual benefits of a big company

Cons

Lack of investment in technology. Senior management is hopeless. Avoid if you have any real data skills as you will be stepping back in time (to around the mid 1990s) and once you are there you are unlikely to get a pay rise.

Pros

Axa provides excellent career opportunities I have always felt trusted and empowered to perform my role I have always been fully supported with my development with my professional qualification being paid for by AXA I have performed a number of roles for the organisation and think that the more flexible you can be the more opportunities you can explore.

Cons

It is a great employer so many stay with the organisation for a long periods of time this may act s a blocker to others by not providing the space within the organisation to progress.

Colleagues are nice but managers not so much

Pros

Colleagues (Some not all) Social Life

Cons

Management at the Tunbridge Wells offices need looking at as they have one rule for them and one rule for another. When raising a grievance they try and play down the bullying.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review following your time working with AXA. It is nice to read that you had some good working relationships with fellow colleagues, but not so nice to read that this wasn’t your experience with your local management. We take this feedback very seriously. Internal support continues to be available through our Learning & Development team to ensure Managers are suitably equipped to perform their roles effectively.
