Hi Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We're pleased to hear that you've been able to enjoy flexible working alongside our other benefits. We’re sorry you feel that there's been a lack of organisation and communication. Dedication and commitment to work and each other is a principle that we carry through all levels of our business. Communication is key to this, so we’re sorry to see this has been ineffective for you. Please speak to someone in your leadership team about your concerns or contact us in the AXA People Team. Thanks again for your feedback. AXA People Team

A real team effort, with all areas of the business really working in partnership to deliver change for our customers. Promoting a really can do environment that is great to work in.

Pros

The culture and support given to all employees is second to none I've seen. The people in the business are supportive and keen to help whilst providing the flexibility a company of this size can. Profits are not put at the expense of the people in the business.

Cons

Agility and pace of change is difficult for AXA, not to mention that salaries are not comparable to market peers.
