Cons

Salary comparison between experienced and inexperienced workers within the same team is unfair and gives you no incentive to want to go above and beyond in your role.

Offering flexible working where we can is one of the ways we’re supporting colleagues to get the right work-life balance, so it’s brilliant to hear that you're benefitting from it. We’re sorry to hear you feel this way about salary. We carefully monitor the market to make sure we pay our colleagues fairly.
